Since launching Educate & Empower has supported young people facing school exclusion, difficult upbringings, and systemic barriers through tailored education, employment training, and life-skills support.
Our programmes build real-world skills, from communication and teamwork to leadership, helping young people not just find work but thrive in it. Beyond training, we offer positive outlets like boxing, football, and inclusive activities for children with additional needs, because confidence and wellbeing matter as much as employability. We believe every young person deserves a second chance, and we’re here to help them take it.
