Structure, Discipline, and Confidence — Built Through Sport and Community
Structure, Discipline, and Confidence — Built Through Sport and Community
Alongside our education and employment programmes, Educate & Empower runs a range of workshops and activities across Manchester — from boxing and football to inclusive trips for children with additional needs. These sessions give young people a positive outlet, build real-world discipline, and create a sense of belonging that classroom learning alone can’t always provide.

Our Partnership With
TeamGreaves
We work closely with TeamGreaves to deliver structured boxing sessions for young people across Manchester. These sessions build discipline, confidence, and fitness, while giving participants a healthy, positive outlet — supporting mental health and offering a genuine alternative to negative environments or influences.
Inclusive Activities for Children With SEND
We organise sponsored trips, shared meals, and inclusive activities specifically for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. These experiences give families access to days out and social opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach, while giving children the chance to connect, have fun, and feel genuinely included.
