Youth Employment Programme

A Paid Path Into a Sales Career for Manchester's Young People

Our Youth Employment Programme is a three-month, fully funded training opportunity for 17–22-year-olds across Manchester. Through hands-on sales training, one-to-one mentorship, and real workplace experience, we help young people build the skills and confidence to launch a genuine career — not just complete a course.

Youth Employment Programme

Real-World Experience

This isn’t classroom theory. Participants work directly with our partner companies, gaining hands-on commercial experience that goes straight onto a CV and prepares them for genuine employment in sales and customer-facing roles.

Sales & Communication Skills

We train young people in pitching, negotiation, objection-handling, and client communication — transferable skills that apply well beyond a sales career, from interviews to everyday workplace confidence.

Teamwork & Confidence

Structured group training builds leadership, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure, alongside a support network of peers going through the same programme.

Who Can Apply?

The Youth Employment Programme is open to 17–22-year-olds living in or around Manchester, particularly those from low-income backgrounds or facing barriers to employment such as school exclusion or a lack of prior work experience. No prior sales experience is required — we provide full training from day one.

We signed our son up after seeing the partnership. It's rare to find something so supportive and professional for kids with special needs. Highly recommend.
